Planetary Herbals Echinacea-Elderberry Syrup is a winter health supplement uniting two Western herbal treasures, echinacea and elderberry, with the primary herbs from the classic Chinese compound Yin Chiao. Suggested Use: 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 2.5 mL) three times daily.

Other Ingredients: deionized water, honey, vegetable glycerin, potassium benzoate, and citric acid.
